Academian Inc is seeking an Executive HR & Admin to serve as the main liaison between HR and US-based employees in Chandler, AZ. You will oversee onboarding, maintain data integrity in the HRIS, ensure compliance with Arizona and federal laws, and collaborate with recruitment to streamline processes.

Strong communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of admin or HR experience (HR Assistant, Onboarding Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator).
• Experience with HR records, onboarding, and compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding: offers, paperwork, orientations, and IT asset readiness.
• Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS and manage HR documents and contracts.
• Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries and assist benefits, leaves, and performance processes.
