Hilton Chicago is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and partner with hotel leadership across employment, training & development, labor relations, and engagement for 650+ Team Members in a high-volume property. The role focuses on training, leave management, investigations, HRIS oversight, and recognition initiatives, with collaboration on disciplinary actions and union grievances.

At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a hotel/union setting.

Formación

• The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of human resources experience.
• Hotel environment experience preferred but not required.
• Union environment experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders and oversee daily HR operations: recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Foster Team Member engagement: lead recognition programs and engagement activities.
• Oversee HRIS data management, reporting, and unemployment claims processing.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct evaluations and develop talent.
