Job summary

Hilton Chicago is seeking a Senior Human Resources Coordinator to lead onboarding and offboarding processes and to manage the employment lifecycle for hotel team members. You will serve as a key liaison among team members, managers and the HR team, delivering outstanding internal service with hospitality at the forefront.

Responsibilities include coordinating recognition programs, maintaining HR data and creating communications, while collaborating with HR leadership on compliance and training

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Strong interpersonal and guest service mindset
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Act as one of the first points of contact between hotel team members, managers and the Human Resources Team
• Provide elevated customer service to internal and external guests by leveraging interpersonal communication skills
• In partnership with Human Resources leadership, own the employment life cycle of team members to include onboarding and separation
• Participate in compliance and customer service training initiatives
• Coordinate hotel recognition and engagement initiatives to include weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual celebrations
• Administers and maintains electronic and paper data to include HRIS Systems and excel logs
• Create Communication materials to include flyers, newsletters, presentations, and other attractive visual media
• Communicate complex issues and challenges to Human Resources leadership
• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of the Human Resources functions
