Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance management in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner with the leadership team to implement and manage HR policies aligned with company goals, delivering responsive service with appropriate urgency.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of human resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications for HR professionals preferred.
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client groups to understand business challenges and provide HR support.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers and support annual performance management and compensation planning.
• Maintain employee files in HRIS and analyze trends to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to provide best-in-class HR support and programs.
• Participate in enterprise-wide HR initiatives to manage organizational changes.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations; assist with unemployment and workers compensation claims.
• Ensure policies are administered fairly and comply with local, state and federal employment laws.
