ADA Traffic Control Ltd. in Colchester, VT is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department, oversee payroll compliance, and ensure multi-state labor law adherence across operations.

The role combines operational focus with strategic initiatives to scale workforce efficiency. You will manage onboarding, employee relations, benefits programs, and ADP Workforce Now administration, driving data accuracy and regulatory compliance while fostering a safe, high-performing work

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive human resources management experience, preferably in construction, logistics, utilities, or field service.
• Hands-on, proficient technical expertise using ADP Workforce Now for onboarding, HRIS tracking and compliance records.
• Strong working knowledge of state and federal labor laws, DOT compliance guidelines, and progressive disciplinary frameworks.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of handling high-volume documentation with error-free precision.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution capabilities, with the flexibility to support an active field infrastructure workforce.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing and multi-state payroll workflows for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain HR SOPs, workers' compensation cases, and return-to-work coordination.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution with discretion.
