You will process payroll, maintain records, assist with onboarding and benefits, track attendance and PTO, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies while handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Prior HR and payroll experience required.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn payroll and HR systems.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information.
• No specific degree required; relevant experience is the priority.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including reviewing employee hours, wages, deductions, and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Support new-hire onboarding and employment paperwork.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee status changes.
• Track attendance, PTO, and other payroll-related information.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, timekeeping, and HR procedures.
• Help maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, payroll requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with facility leadership to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with HR administrative projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
