The role emphasizes payroll integrity, onboarding, and employee relations across field and office staff. The successful candidate will manage ADP Workforce Now implementations, implement scalable administrative processes, and drive safety-conscious performance while aligning with company policies and state

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR management experience.
• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now for onboarding and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws and DOT guidelines.
• Experience with multi-state payroll, benefits and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-volume recruitment and onboarding using ADP Workforce Now.
• Oversee payroll processing and multi-state payroll compliance.
• Maintain HR SOPs and ensure OSHA, background checks, and I-9 audits.
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews and discipline workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across states and labor laws.
