Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR and payroll administration in a unionized environment.
• Knowledge of CBAs, union grievance processes, contract interpretation, and seniority systems.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly payroll submissions and review payroll reports for accuracy.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for employees and management.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports as required.
• Oversee payroll processing for union and non-union employees with accurate wage rates, overtime, and dues.
• Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and CBAs through audits and reporting.
