Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR functions for assigned stations, collaborating with field operations leaders and Corporate HR to align culture with company goals.

The role oversees employee relations, investigations, talent and performance management, and HR administration, reporting to the HR Director. Requires strong communication and extensive HR experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years’ HR Generalist/HR business Partner experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to facilitate discussions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions for assigned stations with guidance from Regional HR Director.
• Partner with field operations leaders and HR functions to align culture with objectives.
• Oversee employee and labor relations, investigations, talent and performance management, HR administration.
• Provide field support for learning, development, and performance management initiatives.
• Communicate policies and changes, ensuring smooth adoption and transition.
