Dufry is seeking a Field HR Business Partner B (HRBP) to oversee HR in a high-volume region, partnering with Senior Director of Operations. The role requires strategic HR leadership, policy administration, and strong labor relations expertise across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, while mentoring HR staff and collaborating with operations leadership. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent.
• 7–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in management.
• SPHR certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Travel up to 50% nationally.

Aufgaben

• Advise SrDO and operations managers on engagement, retention, and discipline.
• Lead branch/cluster HR function and partner with Regional HR Director.
• Direct recruiting lifecycle at locations.
• Deliver on-boarding, orientation, and training.
• Maintain labor relations and participate in arbitrations and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and CBAs.
• Mentor and supervise on-site HR staff.
