Job summary

HRCap, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead daily HR operations and provide strategic direction across core HR functions. The role collaborates with leadership and managers to implement policies, workforce initiatives, and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; experience with HRIS and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor HR team across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations and performance management.
• Serve as point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues per policy.
• Oversee recruitment processes, postings, interviews, and candidate selection to meet staffing needs.
• Collaborate with managers on evaluations, feedback, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs and sessions.
• Oversee HR administration including records, HRIS, and payroll documentation.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and update policies accordingly.
• Prepare workforce metrics and provide insights to senior HR leadership.
• Promote employee engagement, culture, recognition, and effective communication.
