ORE Designs in Woods Cross, Utah seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function on-site for ~100 employees across day and swing shifts, including remote sales staff. The role reports to the CEO and covers compliance, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and policy enforcement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–3 years in HR leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle payroll processing and HRIS management (BambooHR preferred).
• Knowledge of federal, Utah, and multi-state employment regulations; multi-state compliance a plus (remote states like CA/IL).
• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, or architectural environments preferred.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations with confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.

• Ensure compliance with federal, Utah, and out-of-state labor standards (wage/hour, overtime, leaves, ADA, OSHA).
• Oversee full-cycle payroll processing for ~100 employees across shifts and remote staff.
• Administer benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, 401(k)) and manage enrollments and COBRA.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.
• Develop and manage training and development programs; onboarding and upskilling initiatives.
• Partner with management to drive performance management and leadership coaching.
