Job summary

ORE Designs, an industry leader in high-end architectural design and manufacturing, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function at the Woods Cross, Utah facility. The role reports to the CEO and oversees payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations for about 100 employees on day and swing shifts, plus remote sales staff.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership and provide trusted guidance to executives and staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive HR roles with leadership experience.
• Hands-on in full-cycle payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Experience with multi-state employment rules a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance for ~100 employees.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and policy enforcement.
• Develop onboarding, training, and performance programs.
