Job summary

SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. seeks an experienced HR leader to drive compensation benchmarking, reporting, and core HR frameworks in the Bay Area. You will design performance evaluations, promotions, and compensation structures to align with business priorities and growth.

This role requires 10+ years of HR experience, a BA/BS in Business, and fluency in English and Korean. Onsite work five days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken.
• BA/BS degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of extensive HR experience including reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation/promotion processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compensation benchmarking activities to stay current with market trends.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR and compensation reports and data analysis.
• Design, improve, and strategize core HR frameworks, including performance evaluation, promotions, and compensation structures.
• Plan and execute organizational restructuring, leadership management, and administrative support operations.
• Source and recruit core-level technology engineers within the Bay Area.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders and partner teams to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and change management.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership reviews, and company events; prepare agendas and track follow-ups.
• Respond to expatriate inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, compliance, and customer support.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
