SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. is seeking an executive HR professional to lead compensation benchmarking, strategic planning, and data analytics in the Bay Area.

The role requires bilingual fluency, a BA/BS in business, and a decade of HR leadership experience. The successful candidate will design HR frameworks, manage concurrent priorities, and coordinate onboarding, leadership reviews, and sensitive expatriate matters while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in Business or a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of extensive HR experience including strategic planning, reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation/promotion processes.
• Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Participate in compensation benchmarking to understand market trends.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and data analysis.
• Design and improve core HR frameworks including performance, promotions, and compensation structures.
• Plan organizational restructuring and leadership management.
• Source and recruit technology engineers in the Bay Area.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support strategic initiatives and change management.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analyses for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership reviews, and company events; prepare agendas and materials.
• Respond to expatriate inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
