SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. in San Jose is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive compensation benchmarking, reporting, and organizational HR initiatives within the Bay Area.

The role emphasizes crafting robust HR frameworks, overseeing promotions and pay decisions, and coordinating leadership activities. Ideal candidates bring English and Korean fluency, a BA/BS in a related field, and 10+ years of HR experience including data analysis and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience including strategy, reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation/promotion processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compensation benchmarking to stay current with market trends.
• Develop and maintain HR and compensation reports and data analyses.
• Design and improve HR frameworks including performance evaluations, promotions, and compensation structures.
• Plan organizational restructuring and leadership management processes.
• Source and recruit core-level technology engineers within the Bay Area.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support strategic initiatives and changes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate executive meetings and company events; manage agendas and follow-up items.
• Respond to expatriate inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
