Job summary

SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive compensation strategy, analytics, and organizational design in the San Jose office.

You will partner with executives to shape workforce planning and performance programs while ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information. The role requires at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, strong English/Korean communication, and a willingness to work onsite five days weekly in a fast-paced, global tech

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience including strategic planning, reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation/promotion processes.
• Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work onsite in the San Jose office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compensation benchmarking activities to stay current with market trends.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR and compensation reports and data analysis.
• Design, improve, and strategize core HR frameworks including performance evaluation and compensation structures.
• Plan and execute organizational restructuring, leadership management, and administrative support.
• Source and recruit core-level technology engineers within the Bay Area.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partner teams to support strategic initiatives and change management.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership reviews, and company events with agendas and follow-up items.
• Respond to expatriate inquiries with accuracy and professionalism; handle confidential information.
