SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. in the Bay Area seeks a highly analytical People Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HR infrastructure, executive operations and cross-functional strategies.

• Minimum 10 years of extensive HR experience including HR strategic planning, reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation/promotion processes.
• Ability to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.

About the Role:

SKHMSA is seeking a highly analytical and deeply experienced People Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day HR infrastructure, executive operations, and cross-functional strategies. This role requires a unique blend of data-driven HR planning and executive-level administrative management. Leveraging your fluency in English and Korean, you will own our expatriate support programs, translate and localize critical compliance policies, and manage organizational restructuring. Additionally, you will drive local impact by sourcing top-tier tech talent in the Bay Area market and converting raw HR analytics into actionable intelligence for executive leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in compensation benchmarking activities to maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR and compensation reports and data analysis.
• Design, improve, and strategize core HR frameworks, including performance evaluation, promotions, and compensation structures.
• Plan and execute organizational restructuring, leadership management, and administrative support operations.
• Source and recruit core-level technology engineers within the Bay Area.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders and partner teams to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and change management activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership reviews, and company events; prepare agendas, meeting materials, and track follow-up action items.
• Respond to expatriate inquiries with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, compliance, and customer support.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken.
• BA/BS degree in Business or a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of extensive, progressive HR experience, including HR strategic planning, reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation/promotion processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.

COMPENSATION: $140,000-$180,000
