Job summary

SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. in San Jose is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive compensation benchmarking, create recurring and ad hoc HR reports, and design core HR frameworks including performance evaluations, promotions, and compensation structures.

The role also plans organizational restructuring, leads leadership management initiatives, and recruits core-level engineers in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience with strategic planning, reporting, and compensation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Onsite work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

Participate in compensation benchmarking to track market trends.
Develop and maintain HR and compensation reports.
Design and improve HR frameworks for performance, promotions, and compensation structures.
Plan organizational restructuring and leadership management.
Source and recruit core-level engineers in the Bay Area.
Prepare dashboards and data analyses for leadership decisions.
Coordinate executive meetings and company events.
Respond to expatriate inquiries with accuracy and discretion.
Handle confidential information professionally.
