Job summary

SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead compensation benchmarking, develop HR analytics, and design core HR frameworks in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves planning organizational changes, leading leader recruitment in the Bay Area, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives while managing confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken.
• BA/BS degree in Business or a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of extensive HR experience, including strategic planning, reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation/promotion processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compensation benchmarking to stay current with market trends.
• Develop and maintain HR and compensation reports and data analyses.
• Design and improve core HR frameworks including performance evaluations, promotions, and compensation structures.
• Plan and execute organizational restructuring and leadership management.
