Job summary

SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. seeks an experienced HR professional to lead compensation benchmarking, reporting, and core HR framework design. The role involves organizational restructuring, leadership support, and recruiting engineers in the Bay Area.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years HR experience, bilingual English/Korean skills, and be able to work onsite five days weekly in California. Competitive benefits accompany the salary package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of extensive HR experience including planning, reporting, data analysis and compensation/promotion processes.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compensation benchmarking activities to stay current on market trends.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and data analysis dashboards.
• Design, improve and strategize core HR frameworks including performance evaluation, promotions, and compensation structures.
• Plan and execute organizational restructuring, leadership management, and administrative support operations.
• Source and recruit core-level technology engineers within the Bay Area.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders and partner teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership reviews and company events; prepare agendas and materials.
• Respond to expatriate inquiries with accuracy, professionalism and compliance.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
