This role requires hands-on conflict resolution, investigations, and policy management, plus collaboration with executives to shape culture and risk mitigation. A strong leadership track record and SHRM/PHR certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and compliance.
• Proven leadership of HR staff and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Florida employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEOC).

Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Relations, investigations, and discipline procedures.
• Oversee recruiting oversight and ensure compliance in talent acquisition.
• Direct HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, and I-9 audits.
• Oversee Corporate Training alignment with recruitment and operations.
• Provide HR analytics and executive-level reporting on turnover and time-to-fill.
