The Boca Raton is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead employee relations, compliance, and investigations across the property. You will partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer and leaders to ensure policy consistency, risk mitigation, and a positive associate experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing employment law compliance, workplace investigations, turnover analysis, onboarding of leaders, and development of strategic HR programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
