The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive HR experience, deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws, and exceptional communication and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on, progressive HR experience across various HR fields.
• Proven success in managing employee relations and performance management.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own employee relations and resolve workplace matters safely and fairly.
• Lead performance management processes including reviews and coaching.
• Advise leaders on HR matters and strategic people decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Design and implement HR policies to improve morale and retention.
• Lead workshops and professional development initiatives.
