An established law firm is hiring a Human Resources Director in Fort Lauderdale, 33311. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position offering a generous benefits plan. Pay is up to 100,000.00 + benefits.

About the law firm

Approximately 100 employees and growing. The firm oversees multiple practice areas with an emphasis on litigation. The office culture is friendly, warm and professional. Job Duties

The role is for a senior HR Manager/Director with extensive experience working in a law firm. You will work closely with various department heads to ensure a positive work environment. Oversee; training manuals, state and federal compliance, recruiting, hiring, onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, benefit enrollment, etc. Knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, etc. We will consider law firm administrators or similar experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of HR experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s Degree or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP Certification
• Experience in a law firm/legal dept. is strongly preferred.
