AD Mortgage LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations in Fort Lauderdale. This full-time role will manage employee services, payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and at least 5 years of experience in HR management. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
• Prior experience managing HR operations and supervising staff preferred.
• Experience administering employee benefits and 401(k) retirement plans.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee daily HR operations and administrative support functions.
• Administer all company benefit programs including medical, dental, vision.
• Serve as the company’s 401(k) Plan Administrator and Trustee.
