Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the United States (Virginia) to lead one complex project from start to finish. You will oversee budget, scheduling, and personnel, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and high-quality results.

You will coordinate with the owner, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet contract specifications and safety requirements. The role requires 5+ years in construction or engineering, a valid driver’s license, and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction, engineering or scheduling.
• Experience in managing personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project scope, budget, and schedule alignment with contract.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources for production.
• Prepare monthly cost and revenue forecasts for leadership.
• Lead project closeout, retainages, and debriefs.
• Serve as main contact with stakeholders and owner.
