Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and 13+ years of related experience, or ≥17 years with non-degree path.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction within IT area of expertise, conceptualize, organize, plan, and deliver large enterprise IT solutions.
• Evaluate existing technologies and design strategies for improvement or replacement.
• Analyze complex business needs and recommend technical solutions.
• Partner with IT leadership to meet business goals and support implementation.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to optimize end-to-end IT solutions.
