Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Richardson, TX is seeking a Senior Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join the Industrial Automation and Richardson team. This role is part of the HSS HSE Leadership Team and drives continuous improvement, compliance, and engagement within HSS and the Richardson facility.

The successful candidate will report to the HSS/IMC Sr. Director HSE, manage multiple direct reports, and mentor HSE professionals.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive health and safety experience.
• Previous experience in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and VPP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a compliance strategy for HSE management system and regulations.
• Lead risk-reduction initiatives through culture and behaviors.
• Drive the HSE vision and deploy the HSE Management System.
• Partner with leadership to achieve HSE goals.
• Identify gaps via self-audits, gembas, and third-party inspections.
• Apply HMX/Lean to improve HSE results and efficiency.
