Honeywell is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR partner to leaders across Gas & LNG and PT Finance, guiding talent and workforce actions. This role reports to the Senior Director, Human Resources and will operate from Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, Allentown, PA or Houston, TX on a Hybrid schedule.

You will drive core HR processes, workforce reporting, and talent initiatives while partnering with HR Centers of Excellence and functional partners to deliver integrated

Qualifikationen

• 3 plus years of progressive Human Resources experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• Experience in managing employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution
• Expertise in HR compliance and regulatory requirements

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into talent, organization and workforce actions
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and people implications of business decisions
• Build trusted relationships across leadership teams and connect with HR Centers of Excellence
• Lead project management for talent initiatives with clear plans, milestones and ownership
• Drive execution of core talent processes including performance management and succession planning
• Develop recurring workforce and talent reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Manage HR operating rhythm and communicate priorities, decisions and actions
• Coordinate staffing, mobility, compensation, employee relations and lifecycle activities
• Simplify HR processes, reporting and leader communications to improve outcomes
