Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations.
• Expertise in HR compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into talent and workforce actions.
• Advise on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee matters.
• Build trusted relationships and connect leaders with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Lead project management for talent initiatives with clear plans and milestones.
• Drive execution of core HR processes: performance, succession, reviews, development.
