Honeywell International Inc. seeks a Senior HR Generalist to act as the primary HR partner to leaders in Gas & LNG and PT Finance, translating business priorities into people actions and workforce planning.

This role reports to the Senior HR Director and supports Chicago, IL among other locations on a hybrid schedule. You will lead talent initiatives, strengthen core HR processes, and provide workforce reporting and insights to drive organizational effectiveness and growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of HR experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Expertise in HR compliance and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Gas & LNG and PT Finance leaders to understand priorities and translate them into talent, organization, and workforce actions.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent priorities, employee matters, and people implications of decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with leadership teams and connect with HR Centers of Excellence and partners for integrated solutions.
• Lead project management for talent initiatives across verticals and functions with clear plans and ownership.
• Drive core talent and workforce processes (performance, succession, development planning, workforce planning).
• Develop recurring workforce and talent reporting identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for leaders.
• Manage HR operating rhythm, maintaining visibility to priorities, decisions, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate staffing, compensation, employee movements, ER processes, and lifecycle activities with partners when needed.
• Strengthen HR processes, reporting, and leader communications to improve execution and employee experience.
