Coram AI is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to own and scale HR operations as we grow across the US, UK, and India. You will oversee payroll, compliance, employee relations, and performance management while leading a small HR team.

You’ll partner with leadership on compensation, leveling, and staffing, and ensure policies scale with the company. This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
• Experience in a growing org with 200–500 employees.
• Experience leading a small team of 2–3 people.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and multi-state compliance.
• Experience using HR technology, automation, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve day-to-day HR operations across Coram.
• Manage and develop a 2–3 person HR team across multiple time zones.
• Refine HR infrastructure, policies, and programs as the company scales.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
• Partner with leadership on compensation, promotions, and leveling.
• Ensure compliance across U.S. states and international markets.
• Collaborate with Finance, Recruiting, and execs on headcount planning.
• Leverage HR tech and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows.
