This hands-on role requires close collaboration with leaders and employees daily, while guiding an HR team and shaping how the business supports and develops its people.

You will be a hands-on leader, comfortable with both hourly and salaried staff, and manage payroll, benefits, compliance and broader HR initiatives in a fast-paced retail

Formación

• Experience leading a local HR function in a large, fast-moving organization.
• Managed an HR team with a hands-on leadership style.
• Experience working with both hourly and salaried employees.
• Payroll and benefits experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, training, retention and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the local HR function and manage the HR team.
• Partner with managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, training and compliance.
• Support payroll and benefits across the business.
• Collaborate with the corporate HR team while staying connected to the local operation.
• Coach managers through employee issues and performance plans.
• Improve HR processes to create a consistent employee experience.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership.
