Job summary

Honeywell Technologies Industrial Automation seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with leaders across Finance, IT, Services, Engineering, and Legal. You will translate business priorities into people and organizational strategies that accelerate growth and transformation while maintaining safety and uptime.

Hybrid role based in Houston, Charlotte, or Atlanta, reporting to the Senior HR Director for Functions.

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive HR experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
Proven ability to translate business strategy into people and organization actions.
Strong business acumen, analytics, and discretion handling confidential matters.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated people strategies for multiple functions.
Lead talent management processes including reviews, succession planning, leadership development, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives to create an agile operating model.
Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and manage performance, policy adherence, and change communications.
Leverage workforce analytics to identify capability gaps and opportunities to boost productivity.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, HR Operations, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
