Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting a growing company.
• Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Thorough knowledge of federal and Georgia employment regulations.
• Experience developing employee policies and HR procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
• Experience with HR information systems, payroll platforms, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts across all departments including live-streaming hosts, sales, operations, and management.
• Develop onboarding, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes; anticipate staffing needs.
• Coach managers on performance, discipline, and leadership; develop performance reviews.
• Develop comprehensive HR policies and ensure legal compliance in GA and federal law.
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
• Build scalable HR processes to support significant company growth; define roles and onboarding programs.
• Support staffing for nontraditional hours and high-volume live-streaming events.
