MasterApp Labs LLC is seeking a highly organized HR & Operations Manager to support HR, operations, compliance, and administration for a growing technology consulting and software development company in Atlanta, GA. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, benefits, and HR records while partnering with leadership on compliance and process improvements.

This full-time onsite role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, office management, operations, administration, or related roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding, I-9 verification, and E-Verify processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee benefits administration and HR compliance.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• Manage company registrations, licenses, and annual filings.
• Track renewals of business insurance policies and compliance requirements.
• Maintain organized corporate records and compliance documentation.
• Provide administrative support to company leadership.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and business correspondence.
• Prepare reports and executive documents.
• Coordinate events, recruiting events, and special projects.
• Track invoices, expenses, and coordinate with accountants and payroll providers.
