Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to leadership across Finance and Construction. You will shape talent, organizational, and workforce strategies, aligning human capital with technology priorities to drive organizational effectiveness and outcomes.

The role involves partnering with HR functions to drive change, managing payroll budgets, and leading talent development, succession planning, and employee relations initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, relevant experience considered
• 7-10 years of HR experience, including solid understanding of employment law and policy administration. Previous experience in a retail organization is a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams (Directors to SVP) to develop and lead HR processes and organizational development initiatives
• Collaborate with VP of HR to drive organizational change, ensuring leadership buy-in
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Talent Management to align HR practices with business needs
• Conduct root cause analyses with leadership to address engagement, turnover, retention and talent development
• Review HR analytics and report findings to leadership to improve strategies and mitigate risk
• Manage payroll budget for assigned client groups and fund promotions and market adjustments during budget cycles
