Job summary

You will lead HR processes, drive organizational development initiatives, and align HR programs with business objectives, while collaborating with Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Talent Management to strengthen the workforce.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and policy administration.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across multiple functions to shape talent and workforce strategies.
• Lead HR processes, organizational development initiatives, and align HR programs with business objectives.
• Manage payroll budget for assigned client groups and coordinate with leaders on compensation and market adjustments.
