Weatherford's HR Lead is an embedded partner within the Global Human Resources Function, working closely with HR Leadership, Global and Geozone HR Business Partners, and other HR COEs to anticipate and support HR needs for assigned business clients. You will act as a trusted consultant to management on HR issues and contribute to a broad set of duties from staffing to performance management.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum 10+ years' experience.
• Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in Employee Relations, Employment Engagement and Change Management.
• Confident decision maker and have the ability to challenge managers when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts regular meetings with assigned client groups, providing HR guidance and collaboration on priorities.
• Analyzes data trends and metrics to assess business risks and develops solutions with HR COEs.
• Provides support with compensation evaluation and budget considerations.
• Collaborates to develop compensation strategies by function, geography and market factors.
• Works with management to improve relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Supports managers to resolve complex employee relations issues with guidance from the Employee Relations Director.
