Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
- 5+ years in Senior Recruiter or equivalent role supporting corporate, technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and leadership hiring.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership positions.
- Strong expertise in candidate assessment, interview methodology, selection, negotiation, and offer management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative guidance to business leaders and hiring managers.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high candidate care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers and HR partners.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced-hire positions, from intake to onboarding.
- Facilitate hiring strategy discussions to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Partner with Sourcing Recruiter to translate requirements into targeted talent search strategies.
- Manage interview and selection process with timely movement of candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments for capability, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Provide labor market intelligence and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
- Guide hiring managers on interview best practices and offer development.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align recruitment with broader people strategies.
- Champion fair and competitive compensation practices with HR.
