Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive L&D program and enterprise project management experience.
• Experience administering LMS, learning tech, and digital platforms.
• Strong data analysis, insights, and stakeholder communication.

• Lead enterprise professional development programs and talent initiatives.
• Coordinate activities, timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support program launches, enrollment, and ongoing operations.
