Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is accepting applications for a Human Capital Management Senior Analyst at Warrensville Developmental Center in Ohio. The role coordinates HR and labor relations functions, advising the Superintendent and staff while ensuring compliance with civil service law and collective bargaining agreements.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in human resources.
• Undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration with 12 months’ experience in human resources.
• 1 year experience as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the facility’s Human Resource Coordinator, overseeing personnel actions, descriptions, recruitment and selection, evaluations, and training.
• Review policies and ensure compliance with agency and state standards.
• Supervise and advise lower-level HCM staff on HR programs.
• Provide guidance on civil service and employment law to management and the Superintendent.
• Represent the facility in disciplinary, grievance, unemployment, and EEO hearings.
• Act as primary labor relations contact and chair local labor-management committee.
• Respond to grievances at Step 2 and review staff performance evaluations for consistency.
• Plan and deliver training sessions on labor contracts, investigations, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain communication with DODD Central Office divisions.
