Job summary

Alina Lodge is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead training and development initiatives, administer HR policies, and drive process improvements. The role requires safeguarding confidentiality, effective collaboration with managers, and support across onboarding and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years as an HR Generalist with experience in ADP Workforce Now and a background in training, policy administration, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience, including employee relations and terminations, required.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, required.
• Experience in training and development and HR policy administration, required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement training and development programs for employees and managers.
• Identify training needs and create engaging, cost-effective training materials and presentations.
• Maintain, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
• Administer the job description program and partner with managers to keep job descriptions current.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, corrective action, and terminations.
• Provide backup support for onboarding new hires, interns, fellows, and volunteers.
• Support managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR processes in ADP Workforce Now.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze employee relations, turnover, training, and engagement trends.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness initiatives, and other HR projects.
