Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to provide strategic guidance across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and HR analytics.

The role leads learning and development programs, manages compliance training, oversees end-to-end recruitment, on- and offboarding, and partners with leadership to drive workforce planning, process improvements and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• PHR and/or CCP certifications desired.
• Minimum five years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Administers and enhances learning and development programs and training calendars.
• Manages compliance training and regulatory requirements.
• Leads end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviews, and offers.
• Oversees onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee transitions.
• Supports performance management processes and succession planning.
• Handles HR communications and maintains intranet content.
• Manages contractor onboarding/offboarding and HR records.
• Engages in employee engagement activities and HR analytics.
• Generates HR reports and analyzes data trends.
• Partners with internal audit and FHFA exam requests.
