Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in corporate settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating HR processes in recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and HR systems.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and new-hire documentation.
• Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Support performance management processes and HR programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine HR inquiries and issues.
