Job summary

Resource Bank is seeking a Human Resources Generalist responsible for personnel records, hiring/termination processes, payroll, and benefits administration. This role supports the HR Manager and Senior HR Generalist with daily activities and special projects, handling onboarding, compliance, and benefits enrollment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3–5 years HR experience preferred.
• Banking industry HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, reporting, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct talent acquisitions and onboarding, including sourcing applicants and interviews.
• Manage pre-employment process and ensure hires are cleared timely.
• Handle new hire documents and enrollment in benefits/401K.
• Maintain employee records and respond to HR questions.
• Process payroll and benefit/policy audits; ensure compliance.
• Support HR Manager and Senior HR Generalist in daily tasks and projects.
• Represent the bank at career fairs and recruiting events.
