Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 5-7 years progressive HR experience including employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• HR certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Assist with compensation and benefits programs including open enrollment and worker's compensation claims.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Coordinate and support employee training and leadership development initiatives.
• Support policy development and updates for regulatory compliance.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
