The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) is seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, intern program coordination, and HR administrative functions. Reporting to the HR Director, this role contributes to the effective delivery of HR operations while ensuring a positive and efficient experience for candidates and employees.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• At least two years of experience in employee-facing HR roles.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment activities including interviews, onboarding, and benefits enrollment.
• Conduct new hire orientation and support intern program coordination.
• Administer payroll support and benefits processing.
• Maintain HRIS data, generate reports, and respond to data requests.
• Support internal HR communications and general admin duties.
