Job summary

Everything But The House is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to serve employees and leadership onsite in Cincinnati, OH. You will partner with the VP of Human Resources to manage recruiting, onboarding, leaves, and employee relations with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires at least 6 years HR experience, a BA/BS in HR, and strong communication. A positive, inclusive workplace is emphasized, with travel to other company facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/ BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources experience including recruiting responsibilities.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of steps in processes and workflows related to postings, hires, changes, and terminations.
• Enter personnel data into the HRIS and maintain data integrity.
